CloudVoiceApp is an integration and automation platform that connects Voice AI agents with third-party
business tools and services, including but not limited to CRMs, calendars, helpdesk platforms, and
workflow automation systems. We provide a unified API layer, webhook infrastructure, and developer
tooling to enable real-time integrations.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any data that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

detect abuse. API keys are non-transferable and must not be shared with third parties outside your
organization.
6. Third-Party Integrations
CloudVoiceApp enables connections to third-party services. These third-party services are governed by
their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy,
or content of third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected third-party
services complies with their respective terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms
by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as
described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive
property of CloudVoiceApp and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names
may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit through the Service. By submitting
content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
9. Payment and Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees
associated with your chosen subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing
with 30 days' prior notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF
HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDVOICEAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID
TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudVoiceApp and its officers, directors, employees,
and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your
use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for
conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the
integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to
its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts for
the resolution of any disputes.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by
posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the
Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
